- Includes fix to redirect yum to the public yum server: yum.oracle.com for scenarios when the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure local region yum server is not accessible, for example, when using FastConnect.
- Includes fix to remove duplicate entries from the yum repo configuration.

If you need to confirm the status of certifications, such as FIPS 140-3 or Common Criteria, see the Oracle Security Evaluations page for the latest information. FIPS mode is not enabled in Oracle Linux platform images. To modify this setting, see the FIPS section of the Oracle Linux Security Guide under Oracle Linux documentation or contact support for assistance.
