VCN-Native Pod Networking CNI plugin version 3.1.0 now available

The OCI VCN-Native Pod Networking CNI plugin for use with Kubernetes Engine (OKE) includes the following new features and functionality in version 3.1.0:
- Fixes unintended/extra logging observed by device plugin customers, improving signal-to-noise during operations and troubleshooting.
- Prevents cleanup/removal of additional IPv6 interfaces manually configured by customers (for example, RDMA devices), avoiding unintended network disruption.
