- Kernel transition from UEKR4 to UEKR5 with the September monthly errata, v4.14.35-1818.2.1 installed.
- Includes the oci-utils v0.7.1-2 package which provides the following new utilities and critical bug fixes:
/usr/libexec/oci-growfs
: Grows the root filesystem to its configured size for boot volumes larger than 50GB.oci-network-inspector
: Displays networking information including the security list, IP addresses and associated VNICs, and instances in all of the subnets of a given VCN, compartment, or the tenancy.- Bug fix: OCID needs to allow time for iSCSI connection to recover.
- Bug fix: Configuring private IP addresses on secondary VNICs.
- Kernel loglevel set to 4 to speed up instance boot time.
- Excludes yum update of
selinux-policy*
packages due to bug impacting the syslog and oci-utils functionalities. - Addition of the
nfs-utils
package to make it easier to use the file storage service.

If you need to confirm the status of certifications, such as FIPS 140-3 or Common Criteria, see the Oracle Security Evaluations page for the latest information.
