Valkey 7.2 Cache Engine Version

OCI Cache now supports cache engine version Valkey 7.2.8 for clusters. You can select VALKEY_7_2 for the cache engine version when you create a new cluster. You can also upgrade existing clusters to use version VALKEY_7_2, see Upgrading a Cluster.
