Data Prepper Pipeline Support

OCI Search with OpenSearch now supports OpenSearch pipelines powered by Data Prepper, enabling customers to build scalable data ingestion pipelines that process and prepare data before indexing it into an OpenSearch cluster.

Data Prepper can filter, enrich, transform, normalize, and aggregate data for downstream search, analytics, observability, and visualization use cases. Common use cases include log ingestion, trace analytics, operational analytics, document and event data processing, and preparing large or complex datasets for OpenSearch indexing.
