Oracle Cloud Marketplace Publishing Fees Table
This Publishing Fees Table is incorporated into the Oracle Cloud Marketplace Agreement in which it is referenced and sets forth the applicable percentage(s) of Transaction Proceeds to be retained by Oracle as Publishing Fees as described herein. Oracle may change this Publishing Fees Table without notice at any time by posting an updated version to the Oracle Cloud Marketplace Partner Portal and such changes will take effect immediately; provided however, that if the Percentage of Transaction Proceeds increases, such increase shall not take effect until thirty (30) days following the date such increase was posted.
